| Warranty scope | MEDOTA提供「產品保固聲明」，針對客戶向MEDOTA或授權的代理經銷商，所購買合法授權標示MEDOTA產品，提供產品保固服務。MEDOTA提供全球維修保固服務。 MEDOTA之產品保固期限自購買日起算，消費者須出示原始購買日之購買證明(例如發票、訂單編號、保證卡)始能享有保固服務。 手錶，於正常環境使用之下，因原物料及加工過程中之瑕疵而導致故障，功能無法正常使用，提供二年的保固服務。 其他配件類產品(如:錶盒等)，依照消費者保護法，提供商品貨到日隔日起七天鑑賞期的權益；於七天鑑賞期內，產品包裝一經試用，除產品本身瑕疵外，其他原因(經裁剪錶帶、鑽洞錶帶)皆恕無法提供退換貨服務。 手錶與手錶周邊配件產品於保固期限內，發生不在「免責條款」內的自然損壞故障，MEDOTA米朵達將提供客戶免費的「維修服務」，任何經過維修後的產品，依舊是以最初購買產品時的保固期限為準，並不做延長。針對手錶維修品，對其同一問題點，提供一個月維修保固，「維修服務」指的是對故障手錶內的零件，提供一對一的零件置換動作，以恢復手錶正常運作；任何被更換下來的故障零件，其資產屬於MEDOTA米朵達所有；手錶本身消耗性零件與物品，如：錶帶、錶冠、錶底蓋、錶殼，不包含在此保固範圍內，此部分，提供開箱非人為六個月功能性保固。 |
